When you create and use a Made To Win Budget account, we may collect information including:
Your information is used only to provide the features of Made To Win Budget. For example, the financial information you enter is stored so you can access, update, and manage your budget, track your savings goals, plan your expenses and paychecks, and view your financial information when you return to the app. Your name and email address are used to create, identify, and maintain your account.
Made To Win Budget includes an optional AI-powered feature called Analyze My Budget (AMB). This feature is only used when you choose “Analyze Now” and provide permission for your information to be processed for the requested analysis.
When you use AMB, selected financial information that you entered into Made To Win Budget is sent to OpenAI for AI processing. The information sent may include your income, expenses, debts, savings goals, savings information, and retirement contribution information.
This information is collected from the financial information you voluntarily enter into Made To Win Budget and is sent to OpenAI only for the purpose of generating the personalized budget analysis you requested.
Made To Win Budget does not send your budget information to OpenAI simply because you use the application. Before any information is transmitted for AI processing, the app identifies OpenAI as the third-party AI provider, explains what information may be sent, and asks for your permission.
OpenAI processes this information through its API services. OpenAI states that information submitted through its API is not used to train or improve its models by default unless the customer explicitly opts in.
Made To Win LLC does not sell information submitted through AMB, use it for advertising, or authorize OpenAI to use it for advertising. Third-party service providers that receive user information from Made To Win Budget are required to provide the same or equivalent protection for that information as described in this Privacy Policy and required by applicable privacy requirements.
Made To Win Budget uses secure third-party cloud services to manage user authentication and store app data. Your account information and the financial information you enter—such as income, expenses, debts, and savings goals—are securely stored so your budget can be saved and available when you return to the app or sign in from another device. These service providers process information only as necessary to operate Made To Win Budget. Made To Win LLC does not sell your personal or financial information or use it for third-party advertising.
Made To Win Budget may allow you to use Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode to unlock the application. Made To Win LLC does not receive or store your fingerprint, facial biometric data, or device passcode. Biometric authentication is handled by your device and operating system.
Made To Win Budget does not use third-party advertising and does not track users for advertising purposes.
Made To Win LLC does not sell your personal or financial information.
Your account and budget information may be retained while your account remains active. You may delete your account through the application, which will initiate deletion of associated account data as provided by the application.
Made To Win Budget uses security safeguards designed to protect your information, including authenticated user accounts, access controls that restrict users to their own data, cloud-based data storage, and encrypted connections when information is transmitted between the app and its services. While we take steps to protect your information, no online service or electronic storage system can guarantee absolute security.
Made To Win Budget is not intended for children under the age of 13, and Made To Win LLC does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
